Refund Policy
All returns must be authorized by NATIONTEN BRAND/THE VAULT and require a written return authorization issued by NATIONTEN BRAND/THE VAULT.
Return Window
Customers have a 7-day window from the date they receive the product to initiate a return request for a refund. Returns initiated after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
Once the return is authorized, the item must be postmarked within 30 days of the return authorization issue date; otherwise, the return will not be eligible for credit.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
Returns may be subject to return shipping charges and may also incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
Custom Orders
Custom orders may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective or NATIONTEN BRAND/THE VAULT made an error when creating the custom order product.
Limitations
We are not responsible for misuse, customer installation, freight damage, or improper storage.
The return authorization number must be included in all correspondence and returns.
