We completely get it, we change our minds too! On all CUSTOM ORDERS (decorated items; screen-print, sublimated or embroidered). While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

On standard blank items (items purchased from ShopVault) you have 5 business days from date of purchase to cancel any orders IF order has not been delivered to address.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

You can start the order process by following these steps.

1. Complete Mock Design Request
2. Receive/review mock design
3. Complete order form
4. We require at least 50% of total invoice to start the order process.
5. We require the remaining 50% prior to shipment of order.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

For CUSTOM ORDERS turnaround time can take up to 4 weeks. Rush orders are 1-2 weeks (account for an additional 2 days with shipping) with an additional 10% rush order charge.

For NON-CUSTOM ORDERS turnaround time can take up to 2 weeks. Rush Orders are 2-5 business days. Turnaround time vary on available stock.

We do not accept returns for CUSTOM ORDERS, these items are approved prior to production.

For NON CUSTOM ORDERS Items must be returned within 5 business days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Mock designs can take up to 48 hours or 2 business days. Request received after Friday 5pm will be complete by Tuesday morning.

Always remember the success and speed of our production is reliant on the information you provide.

The more the better, if you have logos, sponsor logos, color codes or if you have designs that you would like to emulate please send them.
